Description
A crystal clear helium balloon filled with balloons and confetti, finished off with complementing satin ribbon and weight, and optional hand-written message.
Float time up to a week.
Please note, the confetti in this balloon will normally fall to the bottom of the balloon after about 24 hours. When this happens, carefully rotate and rub the outside of the balloon with a soft cloth to create more static.
Delivery
